CLAUSE 01

CLAUSE 04

Registration and Verification

To access the full functionality of ybet99, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

As part of our KYC obligations, ybet99 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents prior to processing withdrawal requests or in response to any review of your account:

Deposits and Payments

The following general conditions apply to all deposits:

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders who have satisfied all applicable conditions, including KYC verification, the fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements and confirmation that no account review is currently in progress.

Key conditions governing withdrawals include the following:

• Funds must be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, or otherwise approved by the support team.

All promotions are governed by individual terms that specify the eligible User group, minimum qualifying deposit, applicable wagering requirement, valid game types, time limit and maximum withdrawal cap derived from bonus winnings.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all ybet99 promotions unless an individual promotion specifies otherwise:

• A User may claim each distinct promotion only once unless the promotion terms expressly permit multiple claims.
• Bonuses credited to an account must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• ybet99 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, manipulation or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Bonuses are awarded in MYR and their monetary value at the time of crediting is final. Market movements and currency fluctuations do not affect the stated value.
• Use of any automated software, third-party tools or co-ordinated strategies to extract promotional value in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and account termination.

CLAUSE 08

Betting Rules

All bets placed on ybet99 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, market or casino product. It is the User's responsibility to review the applicable rules before placing a bet. Ignorance of the rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or reversal.

• Odds and lines are set by ybet99 and may change at any time up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error or manifest pricing mistake may be voided by ybet99, which will restore the staked amount to the User's balance.
• Live or in-play bets are subject to an acceptance delay period. ybet99 reserves the right to decline a live bet request without providing a reason where market conditions warrant this.
• Maximum stake limits may apply per event, market or user account level. These limits are set at ybet99's sole discretion and may be adjusted without advance notice.
• Results are determined by the relevant sporting authority or game provider. In the event of a dispute, the decision of ybet99's trading team is final, subject to applicable complaints procedures.

CLAUSE 09

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ybet99 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification
• Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously or in succession following account closure
• Using the account of another person, whether with or without their knowledge or consent
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to influence the outcome of a bet or casino game
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus structures or technical vulnerabilities in a manner not consistent with good-faith recreational use
• Conducting, facilitating or assisting any money laundering activity through the Platform
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties where you are acting in a professional or organised capacity
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, harm or interfere with the Platform's operations or other Users' experience

CLAUSE 10

Account Suspension and Closure

ybet99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms or associated policies
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct
• A request by the User to self-exclude under the Responsible Gambling Policy
• An account that has remained entirely inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable unclaimed funds procedures

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, ybet99 may forfeit any remaining bonus balance and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with any policy breach will be returned to the User via an approved payment method following completion of any required review.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. A voluntary closure request will be processed within a reasonable administrative period.

CLAUSE 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the ybet99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, interface layouts, software, data compilations, logos, trademarks and marketing materials, is the intellectual property of ybet99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, public display or creation of derivative works based on Platform content without express prior written consent from ybet99.

CLAUSE 12

Limitation of Liability

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the ybet99 Platform shall be governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, ybet99 encourages Users to contact our support team in the first instance so that an informal resolution can be sought.
